GENERAL REMARKS FOR ORDERS

1. Due to the contiuesly changes of rmb rate and unstability of labor costs
and raw materials in China , please kindly note that we do not hold our
offers firm all the time ,
the regular quotations will only be valid for shipments within 3 months
We thank you for your kind checking if your potential order is beyond
this date after our offer as we could not renew our offers to
each customer every 3 months . but we are always flexible to meet your requests
and just contact us for what you need.

2: Min. order amout for each item is USD 1000.00 for normal items
Min. amout for each shipment USD10000.00 except glass items
or some specific products , for which we only do full container
shipment(mixed items) to avoid breakage or other problems.

3. Payment terms for order amount less than 1x20FT  , we only accept
advance T/T payments and for order 1x20FT   and over ,
we accpet sight L/C or T/T payment (30% of order amount for deposit
and 70% against copy of shipping documents)

4. For all ordered products, we will send you either pictures or samples(samples
could only be sent on freight collect basis) for your confirmation ,
whenever you receive the samples , please kindly check all details
and wordings carefully as we might not be responsible for any wording
changes or mistakes after production.

5. Due to natural materials used among most of our products and
normal techniques to make these handicrafts ,
please understand that there will be slightly differences and nimor flaws
among our products . We appreciate your kind checking with your for all details
if you are new customer of us or you are majoring on special target markets.
but we guarantee that our inspectors checking all orders before shipment for you.

6. Most of our products are not recommended for food uses
so please consider all the time that our products are mainly
for decoration purposes but if you want food-use items ,
you can always contact us and we will be glad to supply proper
products to your requests.

7. Our products are with standard packing and we supply black and
white labels free of charge ,any special packing requirements like color box,
white box , mail order box or color labels will cause little extra  charges  and
please kindly check with us if you have any special requests
on pakcing and labellings.

8. All pictures and sketches in our photo offers
are with special code and only for you , please do not
misuse or transfer for any reasons
